Internship - Information Technology

**Job Responsibilities** * Provide first-level IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Support user account management, system access, and IT documentation. * Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems when necessary. * Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. * Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis activities. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security requirements. * Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. * Able to commit to the internship period required by the university. Pay: RM1,700.00 per month Application Question(s): * The minimum duration for internship we require will be 6 months.
