We’re looking for an AI & Automation Intern to join our Product Engineering team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical operations work with AI-driven innovation. **AI & Automation** * Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation across the entire engineering organisation * Build and maintain simple AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal solutions * Explore and test new AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience * Help create reporting and insights from an engineering perspective **Structure, Strategy, Communication and Ownership** * Own and support the admin backbone of the product team and engineering team, trackers, meeting notes, documentation, follow-ups and treat it as craft rather than chores. A lot of what makes a roadmap trustworthy is unglamorous upkeep, and you enjoy doing it well * Build presentations that land: roadmap reviews, sprint demos, updates to the management team. You care about how information looks and how it's told, not just that it's correct * Take the lead in small, concrete ways, run a meeting, own a project end to end, keep the people around you and key stakeholders informed and moving **Project management, Support and Coordination** * Keep the roadmap honest, you turn a less detailed roadmap into something a team can act on.
