Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented IT Intern to support our **Cloud Department** in various tasks related to the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website. This internship offers hands on experience in website management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Content Management
* Assist in creating, editing, and updating website content using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Hard coding ( HTML).
2\. Website Maintenance
* Monitor and report website performance, uptime, and user activities.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues or bugs with guidance from supervisor.
* Perform regular backups and updates of the website’s software and plugins.
3\. SEO Optimization:
* Assist in optimizing website content for search engines using basic SEO practices, including keyword research.
* Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like MonsterInsights and report findings to the team.
4\. Graphic Design and Multimedia:
* Create basic graphics and visual content for the website (e.g., banners, images, infographics) using Canva.
* Edit and upload videos or multimedia content as needed.
5\. Research and Development:
* Stay updated on the latest web trends, technologies, and best practices in website management.
* Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement on the company’s website.
**Skills Needed:**
* Basic understanding of WordPress/HTML/CSS/
* Familiarity with graphic design tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
