Winter 2027 Co-op - SAP IT Business Analyst

**Standard Job Description** The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) team at Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) is looking for a co-op student to join the team supporting the SAP solution in Canada. This opportunity will provide hands on experience in supporting the enterprise application including performing configuration activities as required. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first level support for SAP users reporting issues with the SAP system * Perform unit testing of solutions for business sign off and alignment to the requirements * Collaborate with the SAP IT team with new functionality and support required configuration changes * Document procedures, FAQs, and technical issues to support process improvement. **Basic Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Strong interest in enterprise applications and IT operations * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team * Candidate must be located in Ottawa, Ontario * Candidate must be available for four (4) months, starting January 2027 **Desired Skills** * Prior experience either using or supporting an SAP system would be an asset * Understanding of business processes related to finance, procurement, and production * Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and ticket management solutions to track and manage requests
