Read on to learn more! **Your Day-to-Day** * Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and support decision-making. * Manage, validate, and organize operational data to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability. * Analyze operational data, identify trends and actionable insights, and provide ad-hoc analysis to improve business performance and operational efficiency. * Develop and optimize reporting workflows through simple automation to reduce manual processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, align reporting requirements, and improve reporting effectiveness. **What We're Looking For** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. * Familiar with SQL (including SELECT, JOIN, and GROUP BY) for querying and analyzing data. * Hands-on experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase to create dashboards and reports. * Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions for data analysis and reporting. * Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Python, n8n, or Zapier, with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies. * Able to communicate findings clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
