**Position Overview**
Gradiant is a technology-driven company founded out of M.I.T. that is focused on global industrial water treatment solutions. With over 1,000\+ employees in the world, it is the first-ever Water Tech company to achieve unicorn status. We are seeking an intern with experience in web development to join our young \& fun team to build an in-house web application that will assist operations of the company. Candidates will get to apply their programming skills to build innovative solutions that can tackle real life software engineering problems.
**Duration- 6 months**
**Responsibilities**
* Opportunity to design and develop a comprehensive in-house web application that will drive the operational needs of the company, enhancing the quality and efficiency of ongoing projects
* Design and deploy a clean and user-friendly web interface with React
* Develop and integrate the backend pipeline using RESTful APIs
* Outline and implement user testing and integration testing to ensure user-friendliness and functionality of the web application
* Create, maintain and update documentation related to web application progress
* Contribute ideas to improve platform development
**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled / Graduated in bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
* Excellent front-end capabilities: Expertise in React. Good understanding of UX/UI design best practices.
* Strong understanding of APIs: Experience in developing RESTful APIs for seamless integration
* Familiarity with back-end pipelines: Proficient with Python
* Able to write well-documented and clean code
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt effectively
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
