Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation with us?** **Internship/Position Summary:** -------------------------------- The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations involving various Mobile Network Operator, OEMs and eSim products. **Duties \& Responsibilities:** ------------------------------- * Help with TC team Projects, CRs etc Data Collection and processing in meaningful reports * Supporting G\+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation * Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation. * Add features/enhance to G\+D IoT Device code for customers. * Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications * Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence – Product config, Customer Data * Other projects as assigned * Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be changed or assigned at any time with or without notice. **Requirements Qualifications and Skills:** ------------------------------------------- * Current college students accepted in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (but not yet completed). Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed. * Knowledge of programming languages. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Knowledge of Confluence , JIRA is a plus * Good written and verbal communications skills * Ability to take initiative and work independently, ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. **Working towards a Bachelors degree in:** ------------------------------------------ * Computer science or electrical engineering The pay for this position is $20/hr.
