**Responsibilities**
As a Smart View intern you will help migrate existing software and tooling to modern solutions. Examples include, resolving cybersecurity flaws, enhancing or creating APIs and related interoperability related components, creation of automated tests to enhance CI/CD pipelines, or refining our documentation library to facilitate product creation.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with the direction and support of engineering manager/supervisor. The requirements listed below are representative of the prerequisites, knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
* Must be an enrolled college student completing a bachelor’s or graduate program in a technology related field such as computer science, computer engineering, or information systems.
* Cumulative GPA of 3\.3 or above.
* Letter detailing what the student hopes to gain from the internship.
* Resourcefulness in finding information and answers, highly motivated.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python.
* Ability to develop queries utilizing a query language such as T-SQL.
* Have completed education in or experience with C#, Java, or C\+\+.
* Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired project goals and prudence and sense of urgency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Dedication to helping others.
