Role Description
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated Implementer Intern who is interested in software implementation, client coordination, and system configuration. The intern will assist in implementing Tally, Bitrix, and other Mobile Application/ERP solutions for clients.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in ERP implementation and software consulting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in implementation of Tally, Bitrix, and other ERP/Application software
* Support software installation, configuration, and initial setup
* Coordinate with clients for requirement understanding and data collection
* Assist in data migration and system setup
* Provide basic user training and functional guidance
* Handle backend support and issue tracking
* Maintain project documentation and implementation reports
* Coordinate with internal technical teams for customization and support
* Follow up with clients to ensure smooth usage and satisfaction
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* BCA / BSc IT / BTech / MCA or Technical Background
* Freshers can apply
* Good communication skills (Client interaction involved)
* Basic computer and software knowledge mandatory
* Interest in ERP and software systems
**Required Skills:**
* Basic understanding of accounting or business processes (preferred for Tally/ERP)
* Good coordination and communication skills
* Problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
