Role Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Talent Acquisition:** Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* **Onboarding \& Offboarding:** Coordinate orientation schedules for new hires, prepare welcome kits, and assist with exit interview documentation.
* **Data Management:** Maintain digital employee records (HRIS) ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
* **Employee Engagement:** Help plan and execute company events, wellness initiatives, and internal communications to boost morale.
* **Research \& Compliance:** Assist in researching updated labor laws, industry salary benchmarks, and HR best practices to keep our policies competitive.
* **AI \& Tool Support:** Help the team utilize AI productivity tools for drafting job descriptions, summarizing interview notes, and automating routine tasks.
* **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* **Communication:** Strong written and verbal skills (you'll be the first point of contact for many candidates).
* **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new software (HRIS/ATS).
* **Soft Skills:** High level of empathy, discretion, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* **Proactive Mindset:** A "no task is too small" attitude with a hunger to take on special projects.
