Role Description
**Description**: The Quality Assurance Intern will have an opportunity to assist the QA team. The Quality Assurance Intern will learn about the history and importance of human research protections, as well as applicable governing regulations for commercial computer systems used in clinical trials worldwide.
**Major duties and responsibilities:**
* Prepare electronic trial master files (eTMFs) for quality review
* Enter Google Form incident information into Veeva Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
* Assist with creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for an eQMS
* Complete training assignments, as assigned by Frontier Science
* Work with the Quality Assurance Department, assisting the COTS team with software testing and validation documentation preparation
* Assist Quality Assurance (QA) department with organization of files
**Reports to:** Director of Education and Training
**Controls over position: The Quality Assurance Intern performs primary tasks at the direction of the Director of Education and Training and the Compliance Officer.**
**Required qualifications:**
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to quickly learn new software applications
* Currently enrolled as a student at the University at Buffalo Biotechnology program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
