Technology Support Intern

He/she will responsible for assisting technology team on internal and external technology support duties, such as implementing solutions, and managing hardware and software inventory. **Job description will include but not limited to:** * Works closely with developers to enable high-quality software development in an agile environment. * Deploying code into staging server. * Collaborate with developers to do some quality assurance work. * Manage, document and enhance both automated and manual operational processes. * Integrate and manage services to support internal and external users. * Troubleshooting for errors and resolving them. * Help with upgrading network equipment. * Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers/laptops. **Spesific Qualification:** * Minimum education level: currently in college, high school, or vocational school. Majoring in a related field is a plus. * High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction or supervision. * Willing to be responsible for providing accommodation and your own personal needs during the internship.
