Software Engineer Intern

Role 1 — Backend Developer Intern Skills needed Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and comfort with Node.js. Understanding of REST API design and HTTP fundamentals. Working knowledge of at least one database — SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB). Comfortable with Git/GitHub: branches, pull requests, resolving review feedback. Basic familiarity with Docker and running a local dev environment. Nice to have: exposure to microservices, message queues, an ORM, or automated testing. Experience with Next.js, or strong React experience and willingness to pick it up quickly. Comfortable writing responsive UI with Tailwind CSS or a similar utility-first framework. Experience consuming REST APIs from the frontend (loading/error states, forms). Comfortable with Git/GitHub: branches, pull requests, resolving review feedback. Nice to have: an eye for UI/UX and accessibility, or experience with mobile (React Native).
