WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** * Paid on-the-job training * Hands-on experience working with an actual IT team * Professional workplace experience * Certificate of Completion **Duties and responsibilities:** * Assist the IT team in installing, configuring, testing and maintaining computers, peripherals, network devices, software and other IT equipment. * Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting support to end-users under the guidance of the IT team. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving common technical issues and user concerns. * Assist in monitoring network performance and connectivity and report potential issues to the IT team. * Assist in preparing and maintaining IT documentation, inventory records and support logs. * Help ensure that IT equipment, systems and workstations are properly maintained and organized. * Coordinate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related concerns. * Perform other related duties, as assigned. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow technical procedures. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Quick learner who can easily understand new systems, processes and applications. * Good communication and documentation skills * Responsible, punctual and dependable. * Eager to learn, develop technical skills and gain hands-on IT experience. * Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. **Working Requirements:** * On-site reporting in our office at Ayala Avenue, Makati City * Flexible with the working schedule, depending on training and business requirements * Willing to perform various IT support and administrative tasks as assigned * Available to join the training program ASAP (as soon as possible) **If this sounds like you, then what are you waiting for?
