Full Stack Website Operations Intern

Position: Full Stack Website Operations Intern Company: Elchai Group Location: Dubai Job Type: Internship Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid Job Overview Elchai Group is looking for a Full Stack Website Operations Intern to support the management, maintenance, updating, and optimization of our websites and digital platforms. We currently work across multiple website environments, including Webflow, WordPress, React, and Next.js. We need someone who can handle both front-end and small back-end tasks, so our websites remain updated, functional, well-structured, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who understands website operations, can work across different platforms, and also has practical knowledge of SEO and GEO to improve visibility and digital performance. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update websites built on Webflow, WordPress, React, and Next.js - Upload and edit website content including text, images, pages, blogs, banners, and landing pages - Handle front-end updates such as layout fixes, styling changes, responsiveness improvements, and UI adjustments - Support small back-end tasks such as updating forms, fixing CMS logic, adjusting integrations, editing small functional components, and assisting with minor website logic changes - Monitor all websites for bugs, broken pages, layout issues, outdated content, and technical problems - Coordinate with the internal team on required updates, fixes, and improvements - Implement and support SEO best practices, including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, image alt text, keyword placement, and page optimization - Support GEO improvements so content performs better in AI-driven search and answer engines - Help structure and improve website content for stronger discoverability - Assist with plugin updates, CMS updates, and general website optimization - Help ensure websites work properly across desktop and mobile - Support basic troubleshooting related to hosting, forms, integrations, and deployments when needed Ideal Candidate - Strong interest in website management, full stack web support, and digital optimization - Hands-on experience with Webflow and WordPress - Good understanding of React and Next.js - Comfortable with both front-end work and small back-end changes - Good knowledge of SEO - Good understanding of GEO and AI-driven search visibility - Able to manage multiple websites and ongoing updates - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability - Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Basic understanding of front-end frameworks and component-based websites - Basic understanding of back-end logic, CMS structures, APIs, forms, and integrations - Experience with WordPress plugins, CMS tools, and website troubleshooting - Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals - Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar tools - Experience with Figma is a plus - Experience with hosting, domains, deployment workflows, or Git-based updates is a plus What You Will Gain - Hands-on experience working across multiple live company websites - Exposure to Webflow, WordPress, React, and Next.js environments - Practical experience in website operations, SEO, GEO, and full stack support - Opportunity to work on projects related to technology, AI, and digital innovation - Strong growth opportunity in a fast-moving company environment Internship Requirements - Based in Dubai - Available to work closely with the internal team - Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through - Able to handle ongoing maintenance, updates, optimization, and small technical fixes consistently Job Type: Internship Contract length: 8-12 weeks Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
