Role Description
**Location:**
Remote (India preferred)

3-month internship → fast-track to full-time offer

₹20,000 / month
**Role Snapshot**
Work closely with the founding team to design and ship intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for a modern cross-platform desktop application. You’ll focus on building polished front-end experiences while collaborating with backend and AI teams to bring powerful workflows to life. Expect fast iteration, hands-on ownership, and real product impact from day one.
**What You'll Tackle**
* Build responsive, modern UI components using React 18, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
* Translate product requirements and design mockups into clean, maintainable code.
* Integrate front-end components with REST and GraphQL APIs.
* Connect UI layers to Electron for seamless desktop interactions.
* Manage client-side state, local storage, and user session flows.
* Improve performance, usability, and consistency across the application.
* Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint demos.
**What Makes You a Strong Fit**
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Hands-on experience with React or similar front-end frameworks (projects or coursework).
* Familiarity with responsive design and modern UI development practices.
* Basic understanding of API integration and asynchronous programming.
* Comfort using Git, command line tools, and debugging browser applications.
* Strong attention to detail and interest in building great user experiences.
* Curiosity about AI-powered products and willingness to learn quickly.
**Nice to Have (Bonus)**
* Experience with Tailwind CSS.
* Exposure to Electron or desktop applications.
* Familiarity with state management tools (Context API, Zustand, Redux, etc.).
* Personal projects, open-source contributions, or portfolio work.
**Interview Process**
* Founder Call (30 min) — background, goals, and culture add
* Technical Assessment (24 h) — small React UI implementation exercise
* Final Round (45 min) — walkthrough of your solution and growth roadmap
