**Job Description**
Zorvyn is seeking a motivated Backend Developer Intern who is eager to build reliable, scalable, and secure backend systems. This role is designed for individuals who want hands on exposure to real world fintech platforms, modern backend architectures, and production grade systems used by fast growing companies. You will work closely with experienced engineers and product teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power critical financial operations.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
* Write clean, readable, and well documented code following established engineering standards.
* Support the integration of databases, APIs, and third party services into core systems.
* Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization of backend components.
* Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver complete features.
* Learn and apply best practices related to security, data handling, and system reliability.
* Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve development workflows.
**Requirements**
* Basic understanding of backend development concepts such as APIs, databases, and server side logic.
* Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Django, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar.
* Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
* Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and basic queries.
* Awareness of version control systems such as Git.
* Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
