Data Operation Intern

**Job Description** * Support Business Unit team to enable data-driven commercial decisions. * Support Business Unit team to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for management. * Support Business Unit team to frame business problems and prepare business reports. * Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance to identify opportunities. * Help to maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics. * Deliver fast, ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics System, or Engineering. * Strong proficiency in SQL and fluent in Google Spreadsheet (pivot, lookup, etc); comfortable working with large datasets. * Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Experience with Python or R is a plus. * Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
