WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON * Full-stack development using React.js, Node.js / Java / Python * REST APIs & backend development * Authentication & authorization — JWT, RBAC * Databases — MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL * Secure coding & OWASP best practices * Real-world fintech & KYC workflows * Git, code reviews, testing & debugging * Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2026 graduates or final-year students from CS/IT/related fields * Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS & JavaScript * Knowledge of at least one backend technology * Basic understanding of databases & Git * Good debugging and problem-solving skills * Candidates who take ownership and are willing to learn COMPENSATION Month 1: Unpaid evaluation period Month 2 onwards: Paid internship based on performance The first month is a mutual evaluation period. Strong performers can move directly into a paid internship.
