Business Intelligence Intern

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Retail and Corporate Banking. If you're passionate about transforming data into actionable business intelligence and enjoy solving real-world challenges, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Accountabilities (1)** * Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI. * Standardize and automate recurring reports, including: * Campaign Tracking * Sales Funnel Analysis * Performance Tracking * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. * Analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making. * Work with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and perform data mapping for reporting purposes. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards. **Key Relationships - Direct Manager** Head of Division **Key Relationships - Direct Reports** **Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders** Assistants in Head of Divisions, BOD Office and Chairman Office **Key Relationships - External Stakeholders** Partners providing professional services, agencies and relevant authorities **Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences** * Strong SQL skills. * Ability to use Power BI or similar BI visualization tools. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. * Nice to have: Experience in Banking or Financial Services, Knowledge of Python or R, Experience working with Databricks, Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
