Junior Developer Learning Internship (Azure)

About PayPathIQ PayPathIQ is building AI that helps businesses get paid on time, across email, SMS and voice, all on Azure. We're an early-stage startup based in Dogpatch Labs, Dublin's biggest tech startup hub. The role This is a 4–6 week paid learning internship (€500/month), Monday to Friday, based at Dogpatch Labs. You'll follow a personalised learning plan while working on our real product, and if it's a good fit on both sides, it leads to a full-time junior developer role. It's early days, so you'd have real say in how the system gets built, from product features to how we deploy and run on Azure. As revenue grows, so does pay for the people who helped build it. What you'd learn and work on • Building features across our TypeScript/Next.js application • Azure infrastructure and CI/CD (Container Apps, Postgres, GitHub Actions) • AI workflows across email, SMS and voice You might be a fit if you • Hold an Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ-204 or similar), or have hands-on Azure experience • Have built something real in TypeScript, Python, C# or Java: a project, a job, or a thesis • Are curious, like figuring things out, and want the freedom of a small team • Have the right to work in Ireland (Stamp 1G and Stamp 4 welcome) What you get • A personalised learning plan and one-to-one mentoring from our founder & CTO, a senior software engineer who has mentored hundreds of junior developers in Silicon Valley • A Claude or Codex subscription, paid for • A desk at Dogpatch Labs How to apply Apply here.
