Intern - Zoho CRM Developer

Role - Zoho CRM Developer Location - Navi Mumbai Requirement - experience in Zoho CRM tool Experience - 6 months to 1 years (Freshers with knowledge of Zoho welcomed!!) **Key Responsibilities** * Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s CRM system to improve efficiency and usability * Develop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRM * Monitor and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement * Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure system adoption across departments * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead management and customer retention * Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM platform * Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making **Qualifications** * Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) * Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Strong communication and training abilities for cross-functional teams * Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to work independently in a remote setting **Note:** This is a paid internship.Skills: crm,customer retention,communication,data management,zoho crm,decision-making,hubspot,dashboards
