We are dedicated to creating innovative healthcare solutions. Your core responsibilities will center on developing and maintaining our cutting-edge, AI-powered healthcare applications. You will play a crucial role in building robust back-end architectures and seamless, interactive user interfaces that directly impact the future of healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities ================ - Collaborate with the development team and product managers to conceptualize, design, and deploy advanced software solutions. - Architect and build both the client-side and server-side of our web applications. - Develop, update, and maintain visually appealing and highly responsive front-end applications. - Design and manage high-performance databases and backend logic. - Build and integrate efficient, secure APIs while keeping documentation up to date. - Ensure all features and applications are built with a mobile-first, responsive design approach. - Author and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams. Mandatory Requirements ===================== - Backend: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python Django backend development. - Database: Solid experience designing and managing Relational Databases (PostgreSQL). - Frontend: Expertise in core front-end languages, specifically JavaScript (React preferred), along with HTML/CSS. - Familiarity with version-control systems, particularly Git. - A strong understanding of fundamental UI/UX design principles. - The ability to take ownership and work independently within a hybrid work environment. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and a highly analytical, problem-solving mindset. Desired Skills (Nice to Have) ======================= - Exposure to AI and Machine Learning technologies or integrations. - Experience working in and deploying to Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
