This program is designed to accelerate your learning, build your professional network, and provide a clear pathway to a full-time career at Tecnots Key Responsibilities * Assist in the design, development, and testing of new features for our software applications, focusing on - Frontend: React / Next.js - Backend: Node.js / Python / .Net - Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL / MSSQL - Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP * Participate actively in code reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions, contributing to team knowledge sharing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Quality Assurance, and UI/UX to ensure seamless project delivery. * Debug and troubleshoot software issues, applying problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. * Document technical specifications, project progress, and contribute to knowledge base articles. * Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and product offerings. Qualifications * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. * **Eligibility:** Students who have passed out in **2025** and those who are completing their degree in **2026** are eligible to apply. * Strong foundational knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles. * Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, .Net, Java, JavaScript, Go). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a high-performing team. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * **Advantage:** Candidates who have completed relevant certificate courses (e.g., in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, specific programming language certifications, data science, cybersecurity, or DevOps) will have a distinct advantage.
