IT Intern

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on **IT Intern** to join our team for a 6-month internship. The intern will support day-to-day IT operations and assist with various IT projects, providing exposure to IT support, systems, hardware, software and digital solutions in a corporate environment. **Duration:** 6 months **Period:** October 2026 – March 2027 **Task 1: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues** * Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through procedures to determine source of error. **Task 2: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related inquiries** * Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or outsourced provider. **Task 3: Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems** * Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products. * Installs personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment. Makes adjustments to computer systems or peripheral equipment as needed. * Installs, configures, troubleshoots and responds to user concerns for desktops, laptops. **Task 4: Trains users on software and hardware on-site** **Task 5: Ongoing projects and initiatives.** * Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives. * Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends Pay: $1,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
