Team members collaborate on turning complex technologies into clear, long-term advantages for clients, in an environment that values innovation and reliability. **Role Description** The DevOps Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern will assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines, supporting software integration processes, and helping ensure reliable deployments across development and production environments. Daily tasks include working with Linux-based systems, helping configure and manage Kubernetes clusters, monitoring system performance, and documenting operational procedures. The role also involves collaborating with software engineers and operations team members, troubleshooting issues in development and deployment workflows, and contributing to process automation and infrastructure improvements under the guidance of senior staff. **Qualifications** * Foundational skills in Software Development and Integration, with an interest in applying these skills in DevOps environments. * Basic experience or coursework in Continuous Integration and related automation practices. * Familiarity with Linux operating systems and comfort working from the command line. * Exposure to container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, or a strong willingness to learn them. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Ability to read and write code in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar). * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an organized approach to documenting work. * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, technical teams. * Eagerness to learn modern DevOps practices, cloud-native concepts, and AI-driven operational tools.
