QA Trainee

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **QA Intern** to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for recently graduated candidates who have a basic understanding of software testing and are looking to start their career in **Quality Assurance and Software Testing**. The intern will get practical exposure to real-world projects, testing processes, bug reporting, and QA practices while working closely with the development team. Key Responsibilities * Understand project requirements and prepare basic test scenarios and test cases. * Perform functional testing of web applications. * Identify, document, and report bugs clearly to the development team. * Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new feature updates. * Verify reported issues and ensure they are properly resolved. * Perform UI and usability testing to identify inconsistencies. * Test applications across different browsers and devices when required. * Maintain test cases, bug reports, and other QA documentation. * Work closely with developers and senior team members to understand and resolve issues. * Follow QA processes, testing standards, and best practices. * Learn and contribute to improving the overall quality of the application. Required Skills * Basic understanding of **Software Testing / QA concepts**. * Basic knowledge of **manual testing** and test case creation. * Understanding of bug life cycle and bug reporting. * Basic knowledge of **SDLC / STLC** will be an advantage. * Good logical and analytical skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Good problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn new tools and testing methodologies. * Good communication and teamwork skills. Eligibility * Recently passed-out candidates with a **B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT), BCA, MCA, or related degree**. * Candidates with basic knowledge of Software Testing / QA are preferred. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Candidates interested in building a career in **Software Testing / Quality Assurance** are encouraged to apply.
