IT Support Intern

**Responsibilities:** * Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. * Install, configure, and maintain laptops, computers, printers, applications, and other IT devices. * Support basic network setup and maintenance, including LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, and internet connectivity. * Support IT systems, automation, and system integration for daily operations. * Assist in simple scripting or automation to improve work efficiency. * Maintain IT documentation, incident records, and device information. * Collaborate with users and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support IT-related projects. **Qualifications:** * Minimum SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer & Network Engineering, or related field. * Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant IT support or internship experience is preferred. * Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, software installation, and troubleshooting. * Familiar with basic networking such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, router, and switch. * Familiarity with Google Workspace, basic scripting, system integration, or automation tools is a plus. * Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Fast learner, proactive, and responsive.
