**Preferred Courses** · BS Information Technology (IT) · BS Computer Science (CS) · BS Computer Engineering (CpE) · BS Electronics Engineering (ECE) **Qualifications** · Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, and basic reporting). · Highly organized with good documentation skills. · Basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN). · Knowledge of PC troubleshooting (hardware and software issues). · Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. · Willing to learn and work in a team environment. · Good communication and problem-solving skills. · Can render the required OJT/internship hours as required by their school. **Responsibilities** · Assist in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues. · Help maintain IT asset inventories and documentation. · Support network monitoring and basic configuration tasks. · Organize and update Excel-based reports and records. · Assist users with technical concerns and software installation. · Participate in IT projects and process improvements. · Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
