Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? **Join the Team: Data Engineering Intern** This internship at PrizePicks offers students the opportunity to work with the Data Engineering team to productionize data pipelines and create data products. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields, proficiency in Python and SQL, and a passion for sports data and analytics. Standout applicants will have experience with database, data warehouse/data lake, cloud infrastructure and continuous deployment (GCP), and strong interest in open-source projects. ****What You'll Do:**** * Learn from the PrizePicks Data Engineering team on how we approach data, scalability, performance, and Analytics challenges. * Assist with the creation and maintenance of optimal sport data architecture, ensuring data reliability in both speed and quality for data pipelines. * Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to determine best paths for data ingestion, processing and creation of data products. ****What You Have** :** * Strong computer science/engineering background. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, Information Systems or other quantitative field * Strong coding skills - Python, SQL. * Demonstrable history of building robust data-intensive applications * Interest in sports and fantasy sports markets. ****What Makes You Stand Out:**** * Experience with Cloud Providers GCP/AWS/Azure. * Demonstrable background/coursework building data pipelines and data-focused applications from scratch. * Success in open-source projects * Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and collaboration experience with organizational technical and non-technical teams ****What Makes You Stand Out:**** * Student Profile: This internship is for rising juniors, seniors, Master's students, or recent graduates, within 1 semester of graduation, who are authorized to work in the U.S. * Majors: We’re open to a wide range of majors like Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, and Computer Science, but the most important thing is your passion for data and decision-making! ****Where You’ll Work:**** Our interns work **onsite** at our **West Midtown Atlanta** location. **Spring Program:** January 25 - April 30, 2026 ****Included Perks:**** * Housing stipend for those interns relocating to Atlanta * Frequent catered lunches * Networking and collaboration with fellow interns and industry professionals * Social events with the Atlanta PrizePicks team * PTO and Paid Holidays ****Working At PrizePicks:**** Engineering interns' starting hourly rate is $35.
