Full-Stack Engineer Intern (Founding Team, 2 month PPO)

We're an early-stage AI parenting startup with a two-person dev team. We're looking for a full-stack intern to build the product with us. **Why an internship** : We were set on hiring full-time, but we want to work with someone fresh and test the fit first. Strong chances of converting to full-time if the work is good. **What you'll do** : Build and ship features across our React Native app and Node backend. You'll work directly with the founders (ex-McKinsey, IIM-B, NIT-W). **Who we want** : Someone with fire, ready to jump in and get things done. You use AI heavily and embrace it rather than resent it. You have strong systems thinking, problem-solving and critical thinking, and you're comfortable with ambiguity. React Native/Node basics help, but how you think matters more. You should be able to break a messy problem into parts and tell when the AI is wrong. **Details** * 2-month internship, stipend of INR 15,000-25,000 per month * Starts with a paid task * Remote initially, with the ability to co-locate in Hyderabad later if needed * Strong chance of full-time conversion based on performance * Need to bring your own laptop
