AI Automation Tester Trainee

Team members collaborate with global clients on cutting-edge AI solutions that emphasize both innovation and peace of mind for stakeholders. **Role Description** The AI Automation Tester Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern will support the quality assurance team by designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for AI-driven applications and business operation tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing, assisting with API testing, helping to configure and run automation test scripts, and documenting defects and test results clearly. The role also involves collaborating with developers, data engineers, and product teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience with modern QA practices in an AI-focused environment while following established standards and guidelines. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance, including understanding of testing principles, defect reporting, and test documentation. * Candidates should possess skills in Manual Testing and Test Case design, including creating, executing, and maintaining structured test scenarios. * Candidates should possess skills in API Testing, including basic knowledge of tools and methods for validating endpoints, responses, and integrations. * Candidates should possess skills in Automation, including familiarity with scripting or automation frameworks and interest in building automated test suites. * Foundational knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies is beneficial. * Pursuing or having a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are important. * Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams are required. * Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and data-driven products is a plus.
