The Role As a QA Intern, you will join the Product/Tech team in testing and assuring the quality of our enterprise SaaS platform. You will support QA and Product in test design, test execution, bug reporting and product quality assurance. This role is ideal for those who want to grow toward QA Engineer, Automation QA or AI/Automation Product QA. What You Will Do * Study requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to understand features before testing. * Learn the business domain of Amazon Ads, campaign workflows, reporting and automation. * Support writing and updating test scenarios and test cases from requirements and designs. * Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI) and basic API testing on web features. * Report, track and retest bugs on Jira with clear reproduction steps, evidence and severity. * Work with BAs, Designers and Developers to clarify feature logic and verify bug fixes. * Research QA tools and trends in test automation, AI-assisted testing and SaaS/AdTech. What We’re Looking For **You Might Be a Great Fit If You** * Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related technical fields. Candidates who are available to work full-time are preferred. * Basic understanding of the software development process and software testing concepts (test cases, test types, bug lifecycle). * Basic knowledge of web technologies and APIs (HTML/CSS, HTTP, REST); able to use browser DevTools or Postman for testing. * Basic SQL or programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, Python) to query data and read simple code or logs. * Logical thinking, problem-analysis skills and attention to detail. * Ability to read and understand English documentation. * Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports. * Proactive in learning; asks questions when requirements are unclear. **Mindset & Qualities** * Detail-oriented: Careful and meticulous, able to spot inconsistencies and edge cases. * Logical thinker: Able to analyze problems and trace issues back to their root cause. * Clear communicator: Writes clear, reproducible bug reports and test documents that Developers and BAs can act on. * Proactive & accountable: Takes initiative in research and learning, and takes responsibility for product quality. **Benefits** Benefits: * Internship allowance: VND 3–5 million/month. * Parking allowance: Parking support provided during the internship. * Career opportunity: Strong-performing interns may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position and build a long-term career with LazyCy. * Learning & development: Hands-on experience, on-the-job learning and exposure to real projects in international E-commerce. **What You’ll Gain** * Hands-on experience with a real SaaS & AdTech product serving international E-commerce markets. * Build practical skills in Requirement Analysis, User Stories, Business Flows, System Flows and Product Testing. * Learn how Amazon Ads, AI and automation are applied to solve real business and product problems. * Work closely with experienced BA, Product, Designer, Developer and QA teams and learn how cross-functional teams build products together. * Develop a strong foundation for a career as an IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst or AI/Automation Product BA.
