🚀 **We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer Intern | Aerosyn AI** **📍 Oxford, UK / India Remote** **⏳ Duration:**  3 Months 💼 **Role:**  UI/UX Designer Intern **Aerosyn AI**  is a climate-tech startup building AI-powered solutions for the renewable energy industry, with an initial focus on wind energy operations and maintenance. We’re looking for a **UI/UX Designer Intern**  who wants to work on a real-world AI product and help us turn complex engineering and operational data into simple, intuitive experiences. **What you’ll work on:** **• Design dashboards and AI-powered product experiences** **• Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs** **• Design data visualisations for wind-energy operational data** **• Improve our AI investigation and conversational interfaces** **• Build and maintain reusable components and design systems** **• Work closely with the founder, developers and domain experts** **• Turn technical requirements into simple experiences for engineers and operators** **What we’re looking for:** **• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals** **• Strong Figma skills** **• Understanding of responsive design and design systems** **• Ability to create clean, modern and usable interfaces** **• Interest in AI, SaaS, data visualisation or climate technology** **• Portfolio, university projects or personal projects demonstrating your design thinking** **You don’t need previous wind-energy experience** . Curiosity and the ability to understand complex problems matter more.
