We are looking for a
**Software Engineering Intern**
who wants to work on
**real products, real companies, and real technical problems**
— not theoretical assignments.
You will join our Canggu campus and contribute to software used across our portfolio of companies, working on areas such as
**web applications, backend systems, APIs, databases, automation, and internal engineering platforms**
.

* Working with databases and external services
* Creating internal tools and automation
* Improving software performance, reliability, and maintainability
* Working with engineers across AI, energy, biotechnology, and industrial technology
* Using AI-assisted development and modern software engineering tools
You won't be expected to know everything. We are looking for people with
**strong fundamentals, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn by building.**
Our Environment
Our group has more than
**30 years of international company-building experience**
, with operations and teams across New York, London, Tokyo, and Bali.
Today, our teams work from a
**4,000 sqm campus in Canggu, Bali**
, developing companies across AI, energy, biotechnology, engineering, and software.
Some of the projects you may support include:
**Zero-X**
— Developing thermochemical waste-conversion and distributed energy systems, with
**200+ installations across 11 countries**
.
**Seraph Group**
— Developing decentralized bioproduction systems combining
**AI, robotics, and synthetic biology**
.
**Gemino AI**
— Developing AI technology for industrial control and autonomous operations, including the
**OptiVX platform**
and
**Project Maya wearable AI system**
.
Software is at the center of many of these projects — from AI systems and automation to operational platforms, data infrastructure, and technical applications.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a good fit if you:
* Study or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
* Have built software through university projects, personal projects, internships, freelance work, employment, or open source
* Have experience with some of:
**Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, SQL, APIs, Git**
, or similar technologies
* Understand programming fundamentals and software development practices
* Enjoy solving technical problems and learning independently
* Can work
**fully on-site in Canggu, Bali for 4–6 months**
You
**do not need to know every technology**
we use.
We care more about what you can build, how you think, and how quickly you can learn.
