Our mission is to digitize and simplify logistics operations through intuitive, accessible, and scalable software.Role OverviewWe are looking for a **UI/UX Design Intern with 1+ years of experience** who has a keen eye for design, strong product thinking, and a passion for simplifying complex B2B workflows. In this role, you will work closely with our product and development teams to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces across our web and mobile platforms.Your designs will directly impact a diverse user base, ranging from desk-bound dispatchers managing real-time tracking dashboards to truck drivers and mechanics operating in fast-paced environments. While front-end coding is not required, an understanding of how layouts translate into clean code is essential. **Key Responsibilities :** **UI/UX Design:-** * Design clean, modern, and highly usable interfaces for : * TMS (web dashboards) * Driver mobile app * Big Garage maintenance platform * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs * Ensure consistent design systems across all products * User Experience Optimisation Understand logistics workflows (dispatch, routing, maintenance)Improve:Build and maintain a design system/component libraryStandardize:Work closely with:Participate in:Conduct usability testing with:Gather feedback and iterate on designs quicklyRequired Skills DesignStrong experience with: * Load booking flows * Driver trip sheets * Maintenance workflows * Reduce user friction and improve efficiency **Design Hand-off & UI Quality Assurance:** * Prepare organized **Figma** files with auto-layout, spacing rules, and components * Document design tokens, interactive states, and responsive behavior for developers * Inspect implemented front-end UI to ensure it matches the original design specs * Collaborate with engineering to debug visual inconsistencies and alignment issues **Design System & Scalability:** * Colours, typography, components * Interaction patterns * Ensure scalability as new modules are added **Collaboration:** * Product Owner * Developers * QA/Testers * Feature planning * Sprint discussions * Usability improvements **User Research & Testing:** * Dispatchers * Drivers * Fleet managers * Figma (Advanced: auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping) * Adobe XD / Sketch **Understanding of:** * UX principles * Information architecture * User journey mapping **Frontend Knowledge Familiarity with:** * HTML5 & CSS3 (Understanding how layouts translate to web/mobile screens) * React.js (preferred) * Responsive & mobile-first design principles * Basic understanding of framework components (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind) **UX Thinking:** * Ability to simplify complex workflows * Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or enterprise tools * Strong problem-solving mindset **Nice to Have:** * Experience with design systems like Material UI * Basic knowledge of: * API handling * Performance optimization * Animation/micro-interaction skills **Key Traits We’re Looking For:** * Product thinking (not just designer mindset) * Attention to detail * Ownership mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced startup **What We Offer:** * **Domain Expertise:** Hands-on experience designing complex, real-world SaaS and B2B products in the global logistics domain. * **Real Impact:** The unique opportunity to contribute to a live product ecosystem used daily by logistics professionals. * **Mentorship:** Direct guidance and mentorship from the product owner and engineering teams. **Career Growth:** An internship completion certificate and a strong potential for full-time conversion (PPO) based on performance. **Interview Process:** * UI/UX + Frontend Technical Interview * Assignment (Real TMS Problem) * Final Discussion with Founder Job Types: Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Location: * Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
