Backend Developer Trainee

Our volunteer programme provides an opportunity to gain practical software development experience while working with C# and .NET technologies in a collaborative environment. At Bincom Global Volunteer Programme, you’ll work with a remote team where you’ll contribute to software projects while learning from experienced developers. The programme is designed to help you apply your knowledge through practical software development activities. This supportive environment is designed to help you build practical software development skills and grow your confidence as a software engineer, whether you’re a student, recent graduate, career changer, or self-taught developer. **What you’ll do** As a Junior C#/.NET Developer Trainee, you’ll support the development of real applications while learning modern software engineering practices. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the development of C# and .NET applications * Writing, testing, and debugging code under guidance * Participating in code reviews and collaborative development activities * Supporting software testing, troubleshooting, and feature implementation * Working with version control systems and modern development workflows * Contributing to technical documentation and project discussions **Who this is for** This opportunity is a good fit if you: * Have a basic understanding of C#, .NET, or object-oriented programming * Enjoy solving problems and building software * Are eager to learn modern software development practices * Work well in collaborative team environments * Can commit at least 6 hours per week **Programme Benefits** You’ll gain practical experience working on real software projects while learning how professional development teams operate.
