Trusted by 1,500+ active users and incubated at Atal Incubation Centre – GGSIPU, Startup Khata offers affordable, scalable solutions tailored to the Indian market. **Role Description** As an IoT Intern at Startup Khata, you will support the design, development, and testing of IoT solutions that enhance our finance and compliance platform. This full-time on-site role, based in Dwarka, involves working closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate devices, sensors, and M2M communication into data-driven workflows. You will assist in building prototypes, writing and debugging software, and analyzing device data to improve reliability and performance. Daily tasks may include documenting technical specifications, collaborating with team members to solve integration challenges, and contributing to proof-of-concept projects. You will also help explore new IoT use cases that can improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency for startups and MSMEs. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M communication skills, including familiarity with common IoT architectures and protocols. * Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, with experience in at least one programming language commonly used in IoT (e.g., C/C++, Python, JavaScript) and basic understanding of APIs. * Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret sensor data, debug issues, and draw insights from technical logs and performance metrics. * Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, or IoT hardware platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32) is beneficial. * Familiarity with cloud platforms or IoT device management tools is an advantage. * Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. * Curiosity to learn, ability to take initiative, and readiness to work on-site in Dwarka in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
