Network & Desktop Support Intern

**Network & Desktop Support Tasks** * Assist with daily IT service requests * Support Windows/Linux system troubleshooting * Help with printer and peripheral support * Assist in network monitoring and basic connectivity troubleshooting * Support user account management **Cloud Support Basics** * Support basic AWS tasks, such as: * AWS account maintenance * Upload/download files in S3 * Monitoring EC2 instance status * Understanding and applying security group rules under guidance * Help with documentation of cloud resources * **Other Responsibilities** * Maintain hardware and software inventory * Assist with setting up new desktops, user accounts, and basic network connectivity * Participate in documentation of IT SOPs and checklists * Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations * Attend training and apply learning in daily tasks **Mandatory Skills (Intern)** * Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows / Linux) * Interest in Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP) * Curious and eager to learn cloud technologies (AWS basics) * Enthusiasm for problem-solving and troubleshooting * Good communication skills * Basic understanding of hardware components **Desired / Advantage Skills (Intern)** * Exposure to O365 / Exchange Admin Center * Understanding of basic firewall and security concepts * Hands-on labs or project experience in AWS / Cloud * Networking protocols and ports awareness * Knowledge of DHCP / DNS / TCP/UDP Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
