Ltd. **Location:** Bangalore / Hybrid **Job Type:** Internship **Duration:** 3–6 Months About Bizapp Bizapp is a B2B software company providing CRM, ServiceDesk and HRMS solutions for IT System Integrators, IT Resellers and Technology Services companies. Role Overview We are looking for a **Software Testing Intern** who is interested in learning and working on real-world software testing. The intern will work with the product and development teams to test Bizapp applications, identify defects, verify fixes and help ensure a reliable user experience. Key Responsibilities * Perform **functional testing** of Bizapp CRM, ServiceDesk and HRMS modules. * Understand business requirements and convert them into **test scenarios and test cases**. * Execute: * Functional testing * Regression testing * Integration testing * UI testing * Smoke testing * User acceptance testing support * Identify, document and track bugs with clear: * Steps to reproduce * Expected result * Actual result * Screenshots/videos where required * Severity and priority * Retest bugs after developers provide fixes. * Verify that existing functionality is not affected by new releases. * Test different **user roles, permissions and approval workflows**. * Test CRM workflows such as:**Lead → Opportunity → Quotation → Order → Project → ServiceDesk → AMC/Renewal** * Test ServiceDesk functionality including tickets, SLA, assignment, escalation and closure. * Test data validation, forms, search, filters, reports and dashboards. * Perform cross-browser and responsive testing. * Assist in testing **APIs and third-party integrations**. * Maintain test cases and testing documentation. * Participate in release testing and provide feedback to the development team. API & Database Testing The intern will get exposure to: * REST API testing * Request/response validation * Status codes * JSON data validation * Basic SQL/database validation * Postman or similar API testing tools Automation Testing Depending on skill level, the intern may also get an opportunity to learn and work with: * Selenium / Playwright / Cypress * Automated regression testing * Basic scripting * Test automation frameworks Requirements * Basic understanding of **software testing concepts**. * Good logical and analytical thinking. * Ability to understand software workflows. * Good attention to detail. * Good communication and documentation skills. * Willingness to learn and work closely with developers. * Basic knowledge of computers, web applications and browsers. Good to Have * Knowledge of SDLC and STLC. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Basic knowledge of API testing. * Familiarity with Postman. * Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, Python or similar. * Understanding of Jira or other bug-tracking tools. What You Will Learn During the internship, you will get hands-on experience in: **Requirement Analysis → Test Case Design → Functional Testing → Bug Reporting → Regression Testing → API Testing → Database Testing → Release Testing → Test Automation** You will work on a live B2B SaaS product and learn how professional QA teams ensure software quality before release. Performance Measures The intern will be evaluated on: * Quality and coverage of test cases * Ability to identify defects * Accuracy of bug reporting * Regression testing effectiveness * Understanding of business workflows * API/database testing skills * Timely completion of assigned testing * Ability to work with developers and product teams Who Should Apply?
