HR Intern (Publication & Graphic Design)

**Job Description** A Multimedia Arts Intern is needed to support the creation of visually engaging publication materials for job postings and employer branding. The role focuses on producing high-quality graphic content that aligns with established branding guidelines and enhances recruitment efforts through effective visual communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and produce publication materials for job postings, including digital posters, social media graphics, and recruitment collaterals * Develop visually appealing layouts that clearly communicate job information and employer branding * Ensure consistency of design elements in accordance with brand guidelines * Collaborate with the recruitment of HR team to translate job requirements into creative visual outputs * Edit and enhance images, typography, and layouts for clarity and visual impact * Manage multiple design requests and deliver outputs within deadlines * Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Arts, Fine Arts (major in Advertising or Digital Media), Information Design, or other related programs** * Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software * Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color, and typography * Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of following brand guidelines * Good communication and collaboration skills * Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects * A portfolio showcasing graphic design or publication materials is highly preferred Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your internship hours requirement?
