This isn't your traditional coding job – you'll be working alongside AI coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other AI tools to build production-ready features at unprecedented speed while also designing and implementing agentic AI systems that can plan, reason, and execute tasks autonomously. If you're passionate about learning modern development practices and want to be at the forefront of AI-assisted software engineering, this role is for you. **🛠️ Tech Stack You'll Work With-** **Frontend:** 1) Next.js 16 (App Router) with React 19 2) TypeScript 5 (strict mode) 3) Tailwind CSS 4 for styling 4) Radix UI component library 5) TanStack Query 5 (React Query) 6) React Hook Form 7 + Zod 4 validation 7) Dark mode support with next-themes **Backend:** 1) Node.js with Next.js API Routes 2) Prisma 6 ORM 3) PostgreSQL database 4) NextAuth.js 4.24 authentication 5) bcryptjs password hashing **AI Tools & Development:** 1) Claude Code (Anthropic) 2) GitHub Copilot 3) AI-assisted debugging and refactoring 4) Prompt engineering for code generation **DevOps & Tools:** 1) Git version control 2) ESLint 9 3) PM2 process manager 4) Ubuntu Linux 6.8 5) Nginx reverse proxy **🎯 Key Responsibilities:** ***AI-Assisted Development*** 1) Collaborate with AI coding assistants to develop features rapidly 2) Write effective prompts to generate high-quality code 3) Review and validate AI-generated code for security and performance ***Full-Stack Development*** 1) Build responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI 2) Create RESTful API endpoints with proper validation 3) Implement database operations using Prisma ORM 4) Integrate authentication and authorization flows ***Code Quality & Standards*** 1) Follow structured coding conventions (tag system: #api, #db, #todo, etc.) 2) Write clean, modular TypeScript code 3) Participate in code reviews 4) Debug and fix issues across the stack ***Continuous Learning*** 1) Stay updated with latest AI coding tools and practices 2) Learn modern web development patterns 3) Contribute to improving development workflows 📋 **Requirements:** **Must Have:** 1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing) 2) Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript 3) Understanding of React and component-based architecture 4) Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases 5) Experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) 6) Ability to write clear, effective prompts for AI assistants 7) Critical thinking to evaluate AI-generated code 8) Strong problem-solving skills 9) Excellent communication skills 10) Willingness to learn and adapt quickly 11) Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts **Nice to Have:** 1) Prior experience with Next.js or similar frameworks 2) Familiarity with Tailwind CSS 3) Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases 4) Knowledge of Git workflows 5) Exposure to Linux/Ubuntu environments 6) Understanding of modern deployment practices **About the Company:** We are a phygital experience design company based out of Noida.
