AI TRANSFORMATION INTERN

***ABOUT THE ROLE*** Join the **AI Transformation Team** to identify and build AI/automation solutions that help our teams work more efficiently. You will not just be assigned coding tasks. You will be encouraged to **find problems, propose solutions, and build tools from idea to real-world use** . ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** ***Ownership & Problem Solving*** •  Proactively identify problems, manual work, and repetitive tasks across the team and company. •  Understand the root cause and propose practical solutions. •  Drive work from **problem solution build test release** . •  Work directly with users and teams to understand problems and improve solutions. •  Take ownership of the outcome, not just the code you write. ***Build Tools & Automation*** •  Build **internal tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions** to solve real-world problems. •  Integrate APIs, databases, and existing systems to reduce manual work. •  Measure the impact of tools and continuously improve them based on feedback. •  Turn successful solutions into reusable tools for the team. ***AI & Productivity*** •  Use AI for coding, debugging, research, and daily work to improve productivity. •  Control, evaluate, and validate AI-generated outputs before using them. ***REQUIREMENTS*** •  Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. •  Strong programming fundamentals and ability to learn new technologies independently. •  Proficiency in at least one programming language such as **Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go** . •  Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Git. • **Strong sense of ownership and initiative.** • **Able to identify problems and opportunities for improvement independently.** • **Enjoys building tools and solving real-world problems with code.** •  Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable working with ambiguous problems. •  Able to read and understand technical documentation in English. ***NICE TO HAVE*** •  LLMs / Generative AI / RAG / AI Agents •  Python / TypeScript / Go •  REST APIs / GraphQL / gRPC •  SQL •  Docker / CI/CD / Cloud •  Personal projects or open-source contributions •  Experience building a tool, automation, or AI application. ***OPPORTUNITIES*** •  Work directly with the **AI Transformation Team** on real-world company problems. •  Have the opportunity to **propose and build your own tools** , rather than only working on predefined tasks. •  Experiment with new AI and automation technologies. •  Work with production systems, APIs, databases, and real-world data. •  Have the opportunity to put what you build into actual use. •  Receive mentorship and code reviews while learning how to turn an idea into a complete solution. •  Opportunity to become a **Full-Time Software Engineer** after the internship.
