Trainee Engineer

**Job Description** **About the Role** Build the future of digital infrastructure by gaining hands-on experience across Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies while working on enterprise-scale projects and solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated **Graduate Trainees (GTs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs)** to join our **Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services** team. This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions. **Position Details** **Designation:** Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **CTC:** 3 LPA **Locations:** Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata **Open Positions (Local Candidates Preferred)** * Mumbai: 6 Positions * Gurgaon: 5 Positions * Chennai: 3 Positions * Hyderabad: 2 Positions * Kolkata: 4 Positions **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments. * Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting: + Audio Visual (AV) Solutions + Network Infrastructure + ELV Systems + Cybersecurity Solutions + Data Center Infrastructure * Support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems. * Monitor infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. * Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams, and project records. * Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service partners for project execution and support activities. * Adhere to information security, safety, quality, and compliance standards. * Participate in preventive maintenance activities, audits, and infrastructure health checks. * Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation, and technology evaluation initiatives. * Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, project milestones, and deliverables. **Experience** * Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience. * Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in any of the following areas will be an added advantage: + IT Infrastructure + Networking + ELV Systems + Security Systems + Audio Visual (AV) Technologies + Cloud Computing + Data Center Technologies **Educational Qualifications** Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications: * Diploma Engineering * B.Sc. * BCA * BCS * MCA * M.Sc. **Preferred Engineering Disciplines** * Computer Engineering * Information Technology * Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Instrumentation Engineering **Technical Skills** Basic understanding of: * Computer Networks and Communication Systems * Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) * IP-based Technologies * Cybersecurity Fundamentals * Cloud Computing Concepts * Data Center Technologies * IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems * Structured Cabling and ELV Systems * Microsoft Office Applications **Required Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Customer-focused approach and service mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Good stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills. * Quick learner with an interest in emerging technologies. * Adaptability and willingness to travel to client/project locations when required. **Key Competencies** * Learning Agility * Technical Aptitude * Innovation & Continuous Improvement * Customer Orientation * Teamwork & Collaboration * Accountability * Attention to Detail * Professional Integrity
