Job Description – Software Developer Intern **Company:** Transparent Capital **Location:** Andheri East, Mumbai **Employment Type:** Full-time Internship **Duration:** 3–6 Months **Experience:** Fresher / 0–1 Year **Industry:** Financial Services / FinTech **About Transparent Capital** Transparent Capital is a growing FinTech company operating in the **Unlisted & Pre-IPO Equity Market**, providing solutions across unlisted shares, Pre-IPO investments, secondary transactions and liquidity solutions. **Role Overview** We are looking for a **Software Developer Intern** who is interested in gaining practical experience in software development and FinTech technology. The intern will work closely with the team on **developing a new internal software/application for business projects** and will also assist in **managing and improving the company's website**. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and maintaining web-based applications. * Support the development of a **new internal software/project management system**. * Work on website updates, improvements and maintenance. * Assist in developing website features and UI components. * Support database management and data handling. * Assist with API integrations and third-party tools. * Identify and troubleshoot basic software and website issues. * Work with senior developers to understand requirements and implement solutions. * Assist in testing, debugging and deploying applications. * Learn and follow coding and software development best practices. **Required Skills** * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS and JavaScript**. * Knowledge of any programming language such as **Python, Java, PHP, Node.js or C++**. * Basic understanding of databases such as **MySQL / PostgreSQL** is preferred. * Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is an advantage. * Strong logical and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn new technologies. * Interest in **FinTech / Financial Services / Software Development**. **Preferred** * Pursuing or recently completed **B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / Computer Science / IT** or a related course. * Personal projects, GitHub projects or previous development internship will be an advantage. * Interest in developing **business applications, dashboards, CRM or automation tools**.
