We serve clients across multiple industries using digital strategy, technology, and growth frameworks to drive measurable business results. **Role Overview:** We’re looking for a **UI/UX & Frontend Intern** to join **Team Variance** and work on **LeadZam, one of our key projects** . You’ll work on **UI/UX design, Figma, responsive design, and frontend development** , helping improve product experiences and convert designs into functional interfaces while using **AI tools** to work efficiently and maintain product quality. **Core Responsibilities:** * Design and improve user-friendly interfaces for the LeadZam CRM. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using **Figma** . * Work with **Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and reusable design elements** . * Improve user flows, information hierarchy, navigation, and overall usability. * Design responsive experiences for **desktop and mobile platforms** . * Work on lead management, call tracking, WhatsApp, analytics, onboarding, automation, reporting, and settings workflows. * Improve **empty states, loading states, error states, and interaction experiences** . * Identify unnecessary complexity in existing screens and suggest simpler UX solutions. * Maintain consistency across product screens and contribute to the **design system** . * Convert smaller Figma designs into functional frontend interfaces. * Work with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React** for basic frontend implementation. * Understand existing frontend components and contribute to reusable UI components. * Use AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Figma AI, and AI prototyping tools** to support design and development. * Test designs and implementations across different screen sizes and user states. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and improve product experiences. **Qualifications:** * Freshers with relevant projects, portfolios, or academic experience are encouraged to apply. * Good understanding of **Figma, Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping** . * Understanding of **user flows, interaction design, information hierarchy, and responsive design** . * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React** . * Understanding of reusable frontend components and basic design systems. * Basic knowledge of **Git and GitHub/GitLab** . * Good problem-solving and visual communication skills. * Ability to understand an existing product/codebase and learn new tools quickly. * A **portfolio or examples of UI/UX or frontend projects** will be an added advantage. * **Preferred Skills:** * Experience creating **web/mobile UI designs** in Figma. * Knowledge of **React and reusable components** . * Understanding of responsive web design and design systems. * Experience with AI-assisted design or coding tools. * Basic understanding of usability testing and product design principles. * Strong attention to detail and consistency. * Interest in **SaaS, CRM, or B2B products** . **What You'll Gain:** * Hands-on experience working on a **real-world CRM product** . * Direct exposure to **UI/UX design and frontend development** . * Opportunity to work closely with **product and engineering teams** . * Practical experience with **Figma, React, design systems, and responsive design** . * Experience using **AI tools for modern product design and development** . * Opportunity to work on real product problems and see your designs implemented. * Exposure to product thinking, user experience, and software development workflows. **Ready to Join us ?** **Apply on :** https://www.teamvariance.com/careers
