INTERN, IT

* Assist the IT team in providing day-to-day IT support to employees. * Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, including computers, printers, network and other IT equipment. * Support user account setup, access management and system configuration. * Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software. * Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting. * Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset records. * Assist with data backup, system updates and basic IT security activities. * Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. * Assist in documenting IT issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions. * Provide support for HRMS/ERP and other business applications, where required. * Assist with IT-related projects, system implementation and testing. * Perform other IT-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
