Software Engineer Intern

Issa Compass is building the easiest way to get a visa. We're starting with visas for Thailand, with a diverse team of 13+ nationalities, and will soon be expanding globally. We're building software to make it as easy and seamless as possible to apply for long-term visas for anywhere in the world, as easy as booking a flight on Agoda or food delivery on Grab. We're looking for interns and fresh graduates with raw potential, curiosity, and the drive to make a real impact. Tell us when you're available and we'll work around your calendar. **What You’ll Do** * Building products end-to-end that thousands of users rely on every week * Contribute to product strategy, architecture decisions, and rapid iterations * Running engineering experiments to improve speed, reliability, and scale * Collaborating with design, BD, and ops to launch global-scale products and learn how great tech companies ship products for millions of users around the world **Who We’re Looking For** People who: * Love coding and want to see their work go live, fast * Learn quickly and can figure things out with limited direction * Enjoy solving hard problems and simplifying complex flows * Want to grow 10x faster than in a traditional engineering role A background in computer science, engineering, and/or mathematics is helpful but *not required* .
