**About Baseline Robotics** Open source revolutionised how we write software, but its impact on robotics stays limited due to expensive hardware accessible only to well-funded labs. We run that hardware as shared infrastructure for the broader community, billed only for active station time. For a given task, policies are evaluated under similar conditions, giving researchers common ground for fair comparisons. In this role you will * Build internal tooling to submit, schedule, and track robot experiments. * Write data pipelines for each episode’s observations, actions, video, and configuration. * Add tests, monitoring, and alerts to the services on each robot station. What we hope you’ll bring * Fluency in Python and experience with Git, Linux, and automated tests. * Coursework or projects in distributed systems, databases, or networking. * Interest in robotics or machine-learning infrastructure.
