Google Workspace Technical Support Engineer Intern (Korean/English Bilingual)

**Position Summary** Join our team in Irvine, CA as a Korean/English bilingual intern! This is a 6-month, full-time paid internship, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance. Working alongside our team, you'll get hands-on experience with Google Workspace, automation, and AI projects. No prior work experience is required, so this is a great place to start your career. **What You'll Do** * Help customers set up and use Google Workspace, and learn how to solve technical issues along the way * Join on-site support visits for customers in the U.S. and abroad * Build simple automations with JavaScript, Java, and Google APIs, using AI tools like Cursor, Gemini, and Claude Code * Learn how to check Google Workspace security settings and share ideas for improving our services * Take part in AI projects using Google Cloud Gemini **What We're Looking For** * Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English (you'll work with our team in Korea and with customers every day) * Bachelor's degree (completed or expected) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field * Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Java * Open to international business trips * Authorized to work in the United States **Nice to Have** * Experience with Google Workspace, Google Cloud (GCP), Azure, or Active Directory * Interest in AI and automation * Enjoys solving problems with code * We value curiosity and a willingness to learn. **Work Schedule & Compensation** * Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (8 working hours plus a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) * Location: On-site in Irvine, CA * Pay: $16.90 per hour.
